PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently withstand an extremely large pressure applied to a connection section between an outer wall and an inner wall when the water feed pressure is extremely high. SOLUTION: The side face of a water feed reception port 9 is extended backward as it is to form the outer wall 13A of a water feed receiving chamber 7, and the outsides of the right and left end sections of the outer wall 13A are connected to an inner wall 12 at an acute angle, i.e., the crossing angleα, is set to 90 deg. or above. The crossing angleθbetween the lower section of the outer wall 13A and the inner wall 12 is set to 90 deg. or above. A guide wall 16 is provided on the upper side of a water passing hole 11. The guide wall 16 is extended forward from the inner wall 12, then it is suspended downward and connected to a bulkhead. Outflow window ports are formed on the right and left of the guide wall 16.
