To solve the problem of the brake delay and to reduce the delay time using the high speed switching element, this system comprises the alternative current power input part(1), the rectifier part(2) which half wave rectifies the AC power to the direct current power and smooths, the first control part(3) that outputs the circular wave pulse signal, the second control part(4) operates to control the output power drive part(5), the control output power drive part(5) which supplies or blocks the output power to the output part, and the output part(6) which supplies the brake open power to the brake.
