Use of industrial grinding sludges contaminated with thick inseparable oil by microbial decomposition

摘要

Use of industrial grinding sludges by microbial decomposition of the grinding oil and separation of ground material and grinding medium residues. The oil is first hydrolysed by mixing the grinding sludge in a tank with septic sludge from a biogas digester, with addition of nutrients for the micro-organisms. In further processing stages the grinding oil is decomposed anaerobically, forming biogas and septic sludge. The solid components are separated for use, employing conventional methods. Also claimed is a device for use of grinding sludges.
