PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part mounting apparatus which can prevent collision between two transport trucks each carrying a plurality of substrates and also entangling between power cables and an air pipes of the transport bases. SOLUTION: A transport truck C1 moves along a circulation path shown by solid lines, i.e., from a substrate reception position P1, through a wait position P3, a part mounting area E, a first wait position P3, a substrate discharging position P2 and again to the position P1; whereas a transport truck C2 moves along a circulation path shown by dotted lines, i.e., from the position P1, through a second wait position P4, the part mounting area E, a second wait position P4, the substrate discharge position P2 and back to the position P1. |
