PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently confirm and correct the defectiveness of a document by temporarily stopping the circulation of the document by means of input from a terminal, investigating the content of the document and resuming or compulsorily terminating circulation. SOLUTION: A server 201 stores circulation route information on a work flow in a circulation route table 300 by input from a client 202. When the document is circulated among users along the circulation route, the user executes a processing from the client 202. When the user adds or corrects the circulation document, file information for addition/correction is recorded in an addition/ correction document table 500 and the server 201 generates an addition circulation route table 600 and circulates the new document to persons among whom the document is previously circulated in accordance with the table. When the defectiveness and an error exist in the document which is started to be circulated, the circulation of the document is temporarily stopped by input information from the client 202, and the circulation of the document is resumed or compulsorily terminated after the content of the document is investigated. |
