PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of a filter while maintaining ozone removing efficiency, to prevent noise caused at a standby time and to evade abnormal temperature rising at the inside of a machine by rotatably attaching the filter on a guide path. SOLUTION: As for an image forming device having a sucking means 5 sucking air contg. ozone generated at the inside of the machine, the guide path discharging the air sucked by the sucking means and the filter 4 arranged on the guide path and removing the ozone, the filter 4 is rotatably attached on the guide path. Then, for instance the ozone filter 4 is rotated by 180 degrees at a specified timing based on copying integrated time and the integrated number of copying sheets. The filter 4 is rotated only by 90 degrees before starting copying processing and after finishing the copying processing so as to reduce a resistance. Thus, the speed of revolution of a fan motor 5 is reduced. |
