PURPOSE:To rapidly obtain objective evaluation data having no personal differ ence by finding out the evaluation value of a dot shape from the sum of the peripheral length of particles constituting the dot of a dot image and the sum of areas by means of calculation. CONSTITUTION:A dot image is inputted from a TV camera 2 fitted to a microscope and supplied to an image analyzing circuit 3. The circuit 3 displays the dot image on an image monitor 5 based on a command outputted from a controller 4 and an instruction inputted from a keyboard or the like or a response or the like obtained from the circuit 3 is displayed on an operation monitor 6. The circuit 3 measures the peripheral length L of the prescribed number of particles and areas S and summed to find out the sum SIGMAL of the peripheral lengths the sum SIGMAS of the areas. Then, E=SIGMAL/(SIGMAS)<a> (provided that 0.5<=a<=0.8) is calculated on the basis of these measured values to find out the evaluation value E of the dot shape. |
