<p>The invention provides a cooking utensil having a bottom side formed with a plurality of materials and a method for making the same, which enables to promote the sealing efficiency of the seal part with the minimum of pressure and heating. In a cooking utensil of stainless steel which is sealed with an aluminum plate thereon, and the aluminum plate being sealed with a different material of sealing member(30) having opening holes, an aluminum plate(20) is heated by a heating means(101) at the temperature of 470-490 deg. C. Next, the sealing member of non-ferrous metal or metal having the opening holes(32) connected by the connecting part(31) is placed on the aluminum and is instantaneously compressed by the weight of 1000-1300 ton. Therefore, the projecting side(31a) of the bottom side is combined with the projecting side(20a) of the aluminum plate(20) pushed into and stuck in the opening holes(32) to be the plane surface.</p> |
