PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the appearance good, to prevent the expansion of a dead angle, and to facilitate the removal of a windowpane by enabling the windowpane and a window frame elastic body to be stuck previosly using an adhesive. SOLUTION: A window frame elastic body 1 is formed S-shaped in section by opening a windowpane peripheral fitting groove 2 and a frame peripheral fitting groove 3 in the opposite direction each other. A recess part 4 for the adhesive filling is provided along the windowpane peripheral fitting groove 2 on an inner wall surface 2a in the opposed side to an outside seal lip 7 in an inner wall surface of the windowpane peripheral fitting groove 2. In addition, the recess part 4 for the adhesive filling can be provided along the windowpane peripheral fitting groove 2 continuously or intermittently. In a state that the recess part 4 for the adhesive filling of the window frame elastic body 1 is filled with a suitable adhesive 14, the window frame elastic body 1 and the windowpane 5 are assembled first by fitting the periphery of the windowpane 5 to the windowpane peripheral fitting groove 2. Next, the assembly is installed to a window frame 6. |
