HOLOGRAM COLOR FILTER AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive black resin compsn. (resin BM) which has high reliability, high sensitivity and high solubility with alkaline aq. developers and is low in cost by constituting this compsn. with specific two kinds of carbon blacks and a photosensitive resin. SOLUTION: This hologram color filter consists of at least two kinds of the carbon blacks having different average grain sizes and the photosensitive resin. In such a case, the carbon blacks to be used are preferably the carbon blacks of which the surfaces are acidic. These carbon blacks are used by mixing at least two kinds in such a manner that the average grain size of the one carbon black is 40 to 130nm and the average grain size of the other carbon black is 135 to 500nm. The mixing ratios of both are so determined that both have the closest packed structure within the black matrix when the carbon black having the larger average grain size and the carbon black having the smaller average grain size are mixed.
