PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a radiation curable tacky tape having optimum adhesive force characteristics before or after irradiation of radiation and having a characteristic having no practical hindrance due to residual paste on tape release face of wafer when tacky tape is released from the wafer. SOLUTION: In this radiation curable tacky tape forming a tacky agent layer on a substrate, the tacky agent layer is formed of a radiation- polymerizable tacky agent obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. acrylic tacky agent having 50000-300000 weight-average molecular weight with >100 pts.wt. and <=500 pts.wt. radiation-polymerizable compound comprising a monomer and/or an oligomer having >=3 carbon-carbon double bonds in one molecule.
