PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric apparatus which can immediately mount a part easily and reliably to the accurate position without providing a particular jig for the positioning. SOLUTION: An extending portion 11 which overlaps with a part fitting surface 2a of a heat radiating fin 2 as the second member is provided to a plate member 1 for part fitting as the first member and positioning of a semiconductor element 3 as the part to be mounted to the heat radiating fin 2 can be done by the apertures 12, 13 provided to this extending portion 11. Thereby, since the part can be mounted easily and accurately as in the case of using a jig, assembling manhours can be reduced and workability can also be improved, resulting in cost reduction. |
