The work lever is made of the hollow materials in which the hollow(105) is connected with a ratchet(4), and the 1st push rod(20) is moving toward the axle. And the 1st push rod is moving toward the axle along the guiding groove(22a), on one side a snap ring(24) is fixed, between the snap ring(24) and the 1st guiding level gab(22) a spring(26) which encases the 1st push rod is installed . Therefore the 1st push rod is at all times under a pulling force. And the end of the guiding hole(28s) in the guiding mound(28) has a free end(20a) of the 1st push rod and the 2nd push rod(30) is moving toward the axle.
