PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the stamping work of an approved stamp on a document prepared through the use of a word processor and the input work of a name and/or an assigned department name. SOLUTION: The taking-in of the approval stamp, the name and/or the assigned department name is instructed as a part of print setting after a word processor document is prepared. To put it concretely, a prescribed item is selected and instructed by using the menu of a print option and a password is inputted. When the word processor document is actually printed after such instruction is given, approval stamp data, name data and/or assigned department name data, which are stored in approval stamp management DB10, are taken into a prescribed position in the word processor document with the matching of the password as a presupposition. |
