PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain turning for a resonance circuit with a magnified variable frequency range. SOLUTION: This method is to tune a resonance circuit of a vibration circuit consisting of at least one coil L0, a capacitor C0 and a varactor diode D with a complex impedance Z by varying a feeding voltage UD applied to the varactor D. In this case, the feeding voltage UD takes a value in a cut-off region of the varactor D (UD<0) and a conductive region (UD>0V).
