<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recognize the state of system operation and manufacture of a board on a display screen by outputting a black/white or a color element signal component in response to an internal setting value or external data depending whether or not an input section is normal. SOLUTION: A black/white or color signal separator means 10 separates a received quantization composite video signal into a black/white or color signal component Y/C and provides an output of them to a black/white signal control means 20 and a color signal demodulation means 40. The means 40 separates a color component from the component C and provides an output of it to a color signal control means 50, and a lock detection means 60 detects whether or not input output signals of the means 40 is normal and provides a corresponding lock signal. The means 20 multiplexes the component Y and the component Y set by the means 15 and the means 50 multiplexes the color components and the color components set by the means 42, 44 respectively and the multiplexed components are outputted respectively via delay means 30, 70. Thus, the system operation state and the manufacture state of a board are easily discriminated based on a color on a display screen.</p> |
