PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an essentially nonfoaming organopolysiloxane composition for electrical insulation which has good flowability and is adapted so that the filler deposited during storage may be easily redispersed by using specified components. SOLUTION: This organopolysiloxane composition comprises an organopolysiloxane represented by formula I (wherein R<1> is a hydrocarbon group free from any aliphatic unsaturation; R<2> is an alkenyl; (a) is 1.5-2; (b) is 0.003-0.5; and a+b=2-2.07), having 30-600 silicon atoms on the average and having at least two alkenyl groups, an organohydrogenpolysiloxane represented by formula II (wherein R<3> is te same as R<1> ; (c) is 1-2; (d) is 0.04-1; and c+d=1.1-2.5), having 4-120 silicon atoms on he average and having at least two H atoms, an organopolysiloxane represented by formula III (wherein R<4> is H or a hydrocarbon group; (e) is 1-2.5; and f<=1), having 2-300 silicon atoms on the average and having at least one hydroxyl group, an inorganic filler having a mean particle diameter of 1-50μm and a platinum (compound).
