PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless can with excellent machinability and contents resistance and a laminate material for producing it by preventing the generation of anisotropic flaw. SOLUTION: A polyester A of a circular shape part to be a bottom part of a seamless can is made as polyester of the biaxial orientation Rx 2.5 to 20, which is defined in the equation, Rx=IA/IB. In here, IA is the diffraction strength on the diffraction face being about 0.34nm in face interval and parallel to the front face of polyester, and IB is the diffraction strength on the diffraction face being about 0.39nm in face interval and parallel to the front face of polyester. Further, the other part polyester B is a laminate plate having the biaxial orientation being satisfied with two equation. RxBN<=0.95Rx and (RxBN-RxBS)<=1800×(RxBN)<-5> . In here, RxBN is the biaxial orientation of the part of largest orientation on the can drum corresponding part, RxBS is the biaxial orientation of the part of smallest orientation of the cam drum corresponding part being separated to the circumference direction away from the largest orientation part.
