PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing Alpinia speciosa, effective for pollinosis and allergic physical constitutions, having a disinfecting property and a sterilizing property, and capable of being also used as a cosmetic, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This composition comprises the liquid-like product of the Alpinia speciosa of the Zingiberacea, liquid hinokitiol capable of being mixed and kneaded with the liquidized product at the ordinary temperature, and ethanol. The composition is produced by mixing and kneading 1-99wt.% of the Alpinia speciosa with 0.001-0.01wt.% of the hinokitiol and the remaining amount of the ethanol at the ordinary temperature. |
