PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize energy effectively and to reduce the consumption of fuel by preheating the air for burning by heat emitted from a burning part. SOLUTION: When an instrument is operated, a burning part 6 is heated to high temperature and the air for burning is heated to a higher temperature than environmental temperature outside an instrument case 10 collecting the heat emitted from the burning part 6 in the process of the air passing through an opening part 9, a surrounding part 7, a heat exchanger 4, a burning chamber 3 and a burner part 2, and supplied to the burner part 2. The temperature of the discharged mixed gas from the burner part 2 is raised by exhausted heat from the burning part 6. The burning temperature of flame inside the burning chamber 3 is raised by the preheated temperature of the burning air and the effective energy of the burning gas is increased. Therefore, the effective energy transferred to the heat exchanger 4 is increased, thermal efficiency is improved, the energy is utilized effectively and the fuel consumption is reduced. In case of the same thermal efficiency, the heat conductive surface dimension of the heat exchanger 4 can be decreased and the instrument can be miniaturized and lighter. |
