Integratable full-wave rectifier bridge for power supply

The AC supply (INA, INB) is fed to the bridge which consists of four electronic switches (SW1 to SW4). The switches are connected to the DC outputs (OUTPOS, OUTNEG) via series resistors (ZS1 to ZS4). The operation of the switches is controlled by a common control circuit. The input a.c. supply and output d.c. supply are monitored by the control circuit. The switches and resistors are all formed by elements of a CMOS integrated circuit.
