Trapezoid rigging device for surfboard

The trapezoid rigging device consists of guy ropes (3) which are not fixed directly to the fork tree (1), but to a movable trimming shell (10). When the trimming has been completed, the trimming shell is fixed to the fork tree by a lock. The spacing and length of the trapezoid guy ropes can thus be altered individually but remain constant when the trimming shell is adjusted. The trimming shell may consist of a flexible cylindrical moulded component fixed to the guy ropes by a lock (11) or knot (12).
