The device involves at least two tab sections (22), one is connected to the first sheathing component and the other to the second sheathing component. The tab sections have a hole (24) at their ends and these holes are aligned with one another in the connecting position. At least one tab section has, on its contact surface (26) with the other tab section, several, pointed raised formations or a friction layer (30). A connecting component (14) extends through the holes of the tab sections to form a link. The tab sections are connected to each other by a friction connection produced by tension of the connecting component in the direction of the link axis. The raised formations are formed as several adjacent pyramidal or conical points.
