Guide for folding continuous film strip into tube

A guide for folding a continuous flat film strip into a tube has a folding line (2) adjacent to an inlet guide (3). In the flat development of the inlet guide (3) the folding line (2) is a part (6) of a graph which is a polynomial of the fifth power. The other part (7) is a mirror image about an axis of symmetry perpendicular to the graph through its turning point (8).
