A loading apparatus of a multi-disk player performs an elevation movement of a chuck arm and a tray base at the same time. The loading apparatus are integrated with a chuck arm(12), mounts a tray base(16) loading a disk tray(34) at an upper part of a fixing chassis(10) of a multi-disk player, rotates with a common driving means composed of both a pulley(20) and a deceleration gear(22), mounts a lifting arm(30) at an upper side. Both ends of the lifting arm(30) rotates in an opposite direction to each other centering around a center shaft(28) according to a rotation of the can gear(26). The slide plates(32,32') for elevating a combination body between the chuck arm(12) and a tray base(16) are fixedly connected to the both ends of the lifting arm(30'). A conveyance gear(36) and a power transmission gear(38) are mounted to one side of the cam gear(26). The conveyance gear(36) conveys the disk tray(34) loaded on the tray base(16).
