Wholly aromatic polyester(I) having a chemical resistance, processing ability, fire resistant, and hydrophobic properties is manufactured by reacting mixture of aromatic dicarboxylic acid or its derivatives and bisphenol compound with silica compound(ii). In formula, m,n are constant and within m/m+n is equal to or more than 0 and less than 1 ,n/m+n is more than 0 and equal to or less than 1, R is one selected from C1-C2 aliphatic alkyl or above one of benzene ring containing C6-C12 aromatic alkyl group, R1-R4, R1'-R4' are same or different.
