The nutriment composition for patients of circulatory and diabetes comprises 4-6 wt.% of protein, 1.6-3 wt.% of lipid, 1.4-16 wt.% of carbohydrates, 5- 20 wt.% of vitamin solution, 5- 20 wt.% of inorganic solution, 1- 3 wt.% of water soluble fiber, 0.2- 0.5 wt.% of emulsifier, 0.05- 0.1 wt.% of salt, 0.1- 0.2 wt.% of lympak and purified water. Thus, 4.0 g of casein of casein peptide, 3.0 g of sunflower oil, 12.6 g of dextrin, 1.4 g of crystalline fructose, 1.0 g of water soluble fiber, 0.5 g of sorbitan fatty acid ester and 0.05 g of salt were dispersed in 57.45 g of purified water, and homogenized at high pressure, followed by addition of 10 g of vitamin solution and 10 g of inorganic solution to give the nutriment composition. |
