PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in utility and touch in use, mild to skin, by combining a fatty acid salt with a specific quaternary ammonium cationic surfactant and preventing clogging of a pump. SOLUTION: This skin cleansing agent composition is obtained by blending (A) one or more of fatty acids with (B) a propylene oxide addition quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant of the formula (R1 and R2 are each ethyl; R3 is methyl; (n) is 2-60) in the ratio of the component A/B of 99/1 to 40/60 (by weight). For example, a polyoxypropylene (40mol) methyldiethylammonium chloride may be used as the compound of the formula. For example, caproic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, etc., may be cited as the fatty acid. The amount of the component A mixed is 10-40wt.% and that of the component B is about 0.5-10wt.%. The component is usable for a pump type container used for a body shampoo, hand soup, etc. |
