PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle cushion materials for packages having shape-retaining and buffering functions and a compression-resistance, after use and prevent environmental pollusion resulting from waste disposal. SOLUTION: A fixing tongue 4 is projected at one side end of a square plate 1 made of cardboard through perforations 3 and a plurality of perforations 5-7 are parallelly arranged at every specified distance respectively. And walls 9-11 at the four sides formed by these perforations 6 are folded inward in sequence to form a square cylindrical body. A long hole (h) in which the fixing tongue 4 is fitted, is provided in the square cylindrical body. Reinforcing flaps 14, 17, 17 are extended respectively at the other side end through folding lines. The reinforcing flap 14 is set so as to have a length making a diagonal line in the square cylindrical body and the reinforcing flaps 17, 17 are set so as to cross the reinforcing flap 14 at right angles and have a length making diagonal lines in the cylindrical body and further, protruded flaps 18, 18 are stretched at the respective inside ends of the reinforcing flaps 17, 17. |
