PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an assembling work, by forming an opening in which a lock member is inserted on assembling a binding tool, in the head and closing the opening at the end of a strap. SOLUTION: A head 10 is provided with an inclined upper wall 13, a flat bottom wall 14, oppositely arranged side walls and a rear end wall 16 to partition a slender inside chamber 17 in the inside of the head 10 by these walls. The upper wall 13 and the bottom wall 14 are so provided as to be near the front end of the head 10. An opening connected to the vacant chamber 17 is formed on the bottom wall 14. The inside of the head is extended from the front side to the rear side and a slender strap-receiving passage 21 is provided to pass through the vacant chamber 17. The strap 11 is constituted of a slender flat metallic strip in which hooks 22, 23 are formed by stamping and provided with a U-shaped head-fixing part 24 formed by folding the strap 11 to the right- angled direction against the axial line at the middle position of the hooks 22, 23. |
