Cephalosporin compound(I), its avirulent salt, ester, hydrate, solvation, and its isomer are claimed. Thus, title compound(I) and its derivatives are prepared by reacting compound(II) with compound(III) in the presence of solvent followed by reduction of S-oxide S->(O)n. In formula, R1 is H, C1-4 alkenyl, C3-4 alkynyl, or -C(Ra)(Rb)COOH(Ra,Rb = H or alkenyl), R2 is H or amino group, R3 is H, C1-4 alkyl, or amino group, R4 is H or C1-4 alkyl, Q is CH or N, R5 is H or amino protecting group, R6 is C1-4 alkyl, C3-4 alkenyl, C3-4 alkyl, or -C(Ra)(Rb)CO2(R3), R7 is H or carboxyl protecting group, X is leaving group, n is 0 or 1.
