When the engine is in operation, the pressure from the oil pump and the suction pressure of the engine work at the same time on the filter mesh and on the border of the filtration path(31), therefore, the oil is filtrated at the filter(48) smoothly without a resistance. And a large quantity of the oil is filtered and flows in the lubrication system of the engine. When the engine is stopped, the sucking pressure fails and each valve piece(17a) of the valve(17) restores the position by the elasticity and the oil in the pipeline stays as it is.
