<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously arrange a handrail at the portion of a window without impairing the accentual effect and external appearance of a window sill itself by effectively utilizing part of the window sill as the handrail. SOLUTION: A window sill 10 located at the lower end of a window M is protruded to the indoor S side, and the protruded portion 11 is used as a handrail T. The structure used as the handrail T is desirably formed into a shape not to impair the accentual function of the window sill 10 and the depth and stereoscopic feeling of the window M, and a hole 12 is preferably provided on the protruded portion 11 of the window sill 10.</p> |
