FIELD: mechanical engineering, apparatus for gear wheels working is used for gear wheels sizing with simultaneous strengthening of gear wheels involute curve surfaces. SUBSTANCE: aim is to expand apparatus functional capabilities using sizing with simultaneous surface-plastic deformation of gear wheel involute curve surfaces. In the case, working is exercised simultaneously from diametrically opposite sides of gear wheel. To realize the aim apparatus has support for mandrel rod with blank and bearings mounted working tools in the form of rollers. Mandrel rod with blank is fastened directly in lathe chuck and fixed by its rear rotating center. Working rollers are mounted on transverse support on both sides of chuck so that to be capable to turn in respect to vertical axis and for reciprocation along the horizontal. They are made of three parts: receiving part, operational part, output part. EFFECT: expanded apparatus functional capabilities. 2 cl, 3 dwg |
