FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: gypsum-concrete mix with water-binding relation 0.26-0.32 is prepared. To do it, continuously operated mixer is loaded first simultaneously with sand and sawdust and then with sand and water containing hardening retardant. Loaded components are agitated for at least 20 s, whereupon gypsum-cement-polymer binder is added and resultant mix is agitated for further 40 s or more, put into vibration molds and pressed for 17-25 s with pressure force 3.5-4.7 MPa, frequency 3000 vibr./min and amplitude 1-2 mm. Shutters easing is performed no earlier than 20 min later. Finished material is composed of (in wt %): gypsum, 30.92-34.0; puzzolanic cement, 5.46- 6.0; sand, 53.22-58.34; sawdust, 4.4-4.95; and stripped filtrate, 0.33-0.38.
