PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run channel which can effectively restrain generation of an impact sound by sufficiently absorbing and relieving impact force when door glass is closed. SOLUTION: A base body 12 of a door glass run channel 11 has a cavity part 18 sealed when an end surface 16a of door glass 16 inserted by push- opening these mutually contacting tip parts 15a strikes on an inside lip 17 when door glass is closed, besides a pair of sealing lips 15, and generates an air compressing function. Air pressure in the cavity part 18 increases when the door glass 16 further strongly strikes on the inside lip 17, and its tip parts 17a is push-opened thereby, and air in the cavity part 18 is discharged to the side surface side of the door glass 16, and a damping function is generated. The run channel 11 having this structure can be easily manufactured by extrusion molding of speed in a normally performing degree since it is formed in a cross-sectional shape having no hollow part in an unfolding condition before it is installed in a window frame 13. |
