Title aqueous treating agent showing fingerprint prevention effect, superior corrosion resistance, solvent resistance, weldability, and electro conductivity consists of cationic, anionic or nonionic organic synthetic resin and inorganic or metallic additives as the ratio of 99:1 to 10:90 by the weight ratio of solid matters. Thus, a mixture of acrylic emulsion 100, dispersive metallic compound 10, ammonium dichromate 0.5 ,and defoamer (polysyloxane copolymer) 0.5 was dissolved in ion-exchanged water 100 which contains metal surface treating agent(amino plasto resin hardener) in the presence of vinyl silane r-methyl acrylopropyl trimethoxysilane catalyst at 50 deg.Cfor 5hours to give the title compound.
