<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture and deliver material containing a plurality of types of additives at specified amounts by filling packages containing the additives together with a powder in a containing member made of a water soluble material in bags. SOLUTION: A package containing an additive in a containing member made of a water soluble material is filled in a bag together with a powder. Since the bag of water soluble polyvinyl alcohol is satisfactorily dissolved in water, the package is suitable. In this case, the additive of unit amount is previously contained in the package, and the packages of the necessary types and number are filled in the bag together with the powder. When the bag is broken and the powder is kneaded with water by a kneader, the package is dissolved, and the additive is dissolved or dispersed in the water. The additive includes, for example, a solidification adjustor such as an organic carboxylate, a carbonate, a sulfate, a chloride, a nitrate, a pigment, an AE agent, an AE water reducing agent, a bubbling agent, a foaming agent, a rust-inhibitor, and an expanding agent.</p> |
