PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of initialization processing at the time of installing an image forming device and exchanging parts. SOLUTION: The image forming device is provided with a toner supplying unit A for supplying replenishment toner in an exchangeable toner bottle to a toner housing part, by the rotation of the toner bottle, developing devices B and C for developing a latent image on a photoreceptor drum with the developer having a fixed toner concentration, after being stirred by a stirring means and a control means 100 for storing the contents of a sequence of initialization processing operations executed at the time of newly installing the image forming device and controlling the execution of a sequence of the initialization processing operations. The operation of rotating the toner bottle for a specified time and the stirring operation of automatically setting the toner concentration of the developer in the developing device are executed at the same time with instructions by the control means, after a power source is applied, at the time of newly installing the image forming device. |
