The board (1), designed to allow a person to dive beneath the surface of the water when towed by a motor-boat, is made from a lightweight buoyant and rigid material, such as polyester reinforced with glass fibres, honeycomb panels of wood. The board is in the shape of a curved delta -wing with a central prow (8) and a wavy surface forming a central valley and two descending side planes (4,4') with ergonomically shaped oval apertures (5,5') for the hands. The two sides (2,2') of the central valley have holes (6) in them for towing cables (7) and the board can be hinged along the middle of the valley and along the crests formed between the valley sides and the outer planes.
