FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: track roller has housing 1 installed on fixed axle 2 by means of bearing unit 3, and end face seals 4. Middle part of housing 1 has oil bath in the form of ring groove 6 accommodating two coaxial rings 8 and 9 interconnected by solid crosspieces 10. Outer ring 8 is fixed in housing 1, and inner ring 9 is installed with clearance relative to axle 2 and side walls of groove 6. Outer surface of ring 9 is formed by intersection of side surfaces of two truncated cones mated through larger bases. Axle 2 in its upper portion has flat to communicate oil bath with bearing unit 3. EFFECT: improved oil delivery to loaded bearing unit, reduced friction in bearings owing to liberal lubrication of friction surfaces, reduced heat release, improved removal of wear products from friction zone. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
