PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture method of the hammer of the acoustic piano by maintaining the operation environment of coloring by an extremely simple exhaustion device and then lowering the manufacture cost. SOLUTION: This method includes a hammer wood manufacturing process for manufacturing a hammer wood 2, a hammer felt manufacturing process for manufacturing hammer felt 4, a coloring solution preparing process for preparing a coloring solution which consists of ethanol as a main agent and contains pigment, a coloring process for coloring the hammer felt 4 by dipping the felt in the coloring solution and impregnating it, and an adhering process for winding the colored hammer felt 4 around the tip part of the hammer wood 2 and adhering it.
