PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the ground constant by placing an electrode plate on the back side of a substrate so as to overlap a part of the plate on a back ground pattern, contacting a conductive plate to the substrate, connecting this plate to a front ground pattern of the substrate and electrically connecting the back ground pattern to the surface of the substrate. SOLUTION: An electrode plate 12 and elastic member 13 are housed in a recess 14 of the surface of a base 5. The plate 12 is disposed on the back side of a substrate 4 so as to overlap a part of the plate 12 on a back ground pattern 9 and a conductive plate 12 is pressure-welded to the substrate 4. A front ground pattern of the substrate is connected to the plate 12 and the pattern 9 is electrically connected to the surface of the substrate. This makes the potential on the ground constant and resistive to the influence of the noise and eliminate the need of through-holes for connection to the back side ground of the substrate. |
