PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently develop the effect of a power and to prevent the falling-off of the powder to the utmost by molding a resin to be molded in such a state that the powder is mixed with the resin and removing the surface of the powder mixed molded product. SOLUTION: An antibacterial substance is mixed with a resin in a stage molding fibers by a molding machine and this resin is molded to obtain a conventional molded product (molded product wherein the antibacterial substance is perfectly embedded in the resin). Subsequently, the fibers are immersed in a dissolving soln. to remove the surfaces of the fibers so as to melt them. The fibers are shaken left and right when immersed in the dissolving soln. in order to make the leading ends of the fibers fine. By this method, the waste refuse or dust bonded to the outside of the container can be prevented to the utmost and a container having a sanitary feeling with the elapse of time is obtained. |
