<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball having excellent durability to withstand the use in a training field in terms of durability while maintaining carry and hitting heel as the golf ball for rounding. SOLUTION: A core 1 of the golf ball having the core 1 and a cover 2 is composed of a vulcanized molding of a rubber compsn. contg. 10 to 30 pts.wt. calcium carbonate, 18 to 35 pts.wt. zinc acrylate or zinc methacrylate and 0.5 to 2.5 pts.wt. peroxide based on 100 pts.wt. base material rubber contg. >=80wt.% butadiene rubber contg. >=80mol% cis-1, 4 bonds. The cover 2 is formed of a resin compsn. having bending rigidity of 1400 to 3800kgf/cm<2> and the total volume of the dimples 3 of the cover 2 is specified to 250 to 400mm<3> .</p> |
