SOLUTION: An APU energy loss amount P1a is calculated from the operating state of an APU 13 from an engine 11 and a generator 12, battery energy loss amount P1b is calculated from the charging or discharging state of the battery 14, and the operation of the engine 11 is so controlled that the difference between the APU energy output amount and battery energy loss amount P1b to the sum of the APU energy output amount Pa and the PU energy loss amount P1a becomes maximum.
