<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the drop of electric performance by modifying the partial recess of a power cable, which is made when pressurized and heated using a mold. SOLUTION: The cable conductors to be connected are electrically connected with each other, and then to this connection fixed is an uncross-linked reinforcing insulator 2, and next this reinforced insulator 2 is heated and cross linked under pressure within a mold 3, and after bridging, the recess around the cable right below the end of the mold 3 is reheated to the vicinity of the fusing point for annealing.</p> |
