PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support operation for rearranging information required to structure a work flow by systematizing and rearranging processes (work), departments, and documents. SOLUTION: Information 2 regarding the processes (work), information 3 regarding the departments, i.e., the organization constitution of an enterprise, etc., used for a system 1, and information 4 regarding the documents related to the process information 2 are registered. Further, the respective pieces of information are rearranged systematically while related to one another. Consequently, it is facilitated to rearrange documents related to various work which is done every day in the respective departments in the enterprise, alter the organization and products after temporary rearrangement, and perform maintenance management corresponding to changes of outside environments, etc. |
