PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat exchange type ventilator capable of dealing with even when the height of a ceiling back upon construction is low, and of reducing the manufacturing cost such as the material cost and the mounting cost. SOLUTION: A foam 13 is provided in a top surface 6a and side surfaces between partition plates 12 for forming a heat exchange chamber 11 so as to form an air supply flow passage 9 and an exhaust flow passage 10, and a heat exchanger 14 for heat exchanging between an air supply flow 9a and an exhaust flow 10a is disposed, directing a top part thereof on the side of a release surface toward the inside of the top surface 10a of the body 6 and directing a corner part thereof on the side of the suction surface toward the partition plates 12. A humidifier 18 through which a heat exchanged air stream sent from a vent hole 17 to an indoor side release hole 2 passes and is humidified is disposed to be substantially flush with the partition plates 12. |
