PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus having a wall filter estimating an instantaneous phase change between data constituting clutter components and performing a processing equivalent or approximate to a processing correcting the phase change of Doppler signals according to the instantaneous phase change amount by a simple circuit method without a feedback system. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is provided with a transmitting/receiving means transmitting ultrasonic signals in the interior of a subject in respective scanning line directions a plurality of times respectively and receiving ultrasonic echo signals reflected from the subject, a means of obtaining IQ signals from the receiving signals of the transmitting/receiving means, a means 52 of obtaining amplification signals from the IQ signals, and means 50A, 50B and 51 removing low frequency components from the plurality of IQ signals and the amplification signals reflected from the same positions respectively in the respective scanning line directions according to different characteristics, respectively.
